Installation steps of high frequency induction heating machine:
1) Place the main and auxiliary machines: generally, the main machine (operation control machine) is placed on the top and the auxiliary machine (power output machine) is placed on the bottom.
2) Connect the water and electricity supply of the main and auxiliary machines: connect the waterways in a straight up and down way with the two thin water pipes in the accessories. Then connect the circuit with two cables in the accessories, red to red and black to black. Be sure to tighten, no bad contact. Connect the ground wire of the main and auxiliary machines.
3) Power connection: This machine is a three-phase power supply mode (380V). Connect three red wires to the special three-phase knife switch or air switch (above 65A). Connect the ground wire again.
4) Water connection: the cooling water pressure of this machine is 0.1mpa-0.3mpa (about 1-3kg). Please select a 370W single-phase (220V) water pump and a water tank or pool (depending on the continuous working time and workload, select the volume, and install a small cooling tower if necessary). The water outlet of the water pump is connected with the water inlet of the machine by a water pipe, and the return water of the machine is returned to the pool by a water pipe to realize the circulating cooling of the water flow.
5) Installation of induction ring: select, install and fix induction ring according to the shape and size of heated metal workpiece. Note that the induction coil should not be short circuited.
6) Put in the workpiece: put the workpiece to be heated into the center of the induction ring, the gap around should be basically the same, and the workpiece and the induction ring should not collide.
Operation steps:
1) Water supply: start the water pump and observe whether the water flow at the outlet is normal.
2) Power on: first close the knife switch, then turn on the air switch at the back of the machine, and then turn on the power switch on the control panel.
3) Setting: select the operation mode (full-automatic, semi-automatic, manual and foot control) according to the needs, and set the heating time, heat preservation time and cooling time in the automatic and semi-automatic control (each time can not be set to 0, otherwise the normal automatic circulation cannot be achieved). Before the first use and not proficient, should choose manual or foot control mode.
4) Start up: the heating power potentiometer should be adjusted to the minimum before each start-up, and then slowly adjusted to the required power after the start-up. Press the start button to start the machine. At this time, the heating indicator light on the panel will be on. At the same time, there will be a normal working sound and the working light will flash synchronously.
5) Observation and temperature measurement: in the heating process, it is mainly to determine when to stop heating by visual inspection according to experience. Inexperienced operators can use temperature controller to detect the temperature of the workpiece.
6) Stop: when the temperature reaches the requirement, press the stop button to stop heating. After the workpiece is replaced, it can be started again.
7) Power off: the machine can work continuously for 24 hours. Turn off the power switch when not in use. Turn off the knife switch or the air switch after the machine when not in use for a long time. When the machine is shut down, the power supply should be cut off first and then the water supply should be cut off, so as to facilitate the internal heat of the machine and the heat emission of the induction coil.
Note: the machine should not work without load as far as possible, and it can not run without load for a long time, otherwise, the performance and stability of the machine will be affected!
