The principle of super audio frequency induction heating: the workpiece is put into the inductor, which is generally a hollow copper tube with medium frequency or high frequency AC input (1000-300000 Hz or higher). The alternating magnetic field produces an induced current of the same frequency in the workpiece. The distribution of the induced current in the workpiece is uneven. It is strong on the surface, but weak in the interior. It is close to 0 at the center. Using this skin effect (skin effect is also called skin effect or surface phenomenon), when the DC current passes through a guide rail, the current density at each point of the conductor section is uniform. When the alternating current passes through the conductor, the current density on the surface of the conductor is larger, while the current density inside the conductor is smaller. When the high frequency current passes through the conductor, the current density difference on the cross section of the conductor increases, and the current mainly concentrates on the surface of the conductor, which is called skin effect, It can heat the surface of the workpiece rapidly, and the surface temperature rises to 800-1000 ‘ζ in a few seconds, while the temperature of the core rises very little.
